Black Country Living Museum

In September 2013 I went with a friend to the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley, West Midlands.

The museum is an open-air rebuild of historic buildings, that tells the story of how the midlands became the industrial heartland of the nation.  It's absolutely fascinating to walk round and see exactly how things used to be.  Visit their website here (opens in new window).
