The Golden Hour

I assume if you're reading this then you know what the 'Golden Hour' is, but for those that don't it's the term photographers use for the periods when the sun is just rising and setting.
At this time of the day the colours you get whilst taking photos are pretty stunning. I took this in late August in France about 7:00am. It was tough getting up so early after having repeated late nights (hey, I was on holiday!), but it was worth the 20 minute walk just to see this, let alone capture it.
I also took quite a few photos at sunset as well, but for some reason I just prefer early mornings to taking photos. I think I tend to rush myself when the sun is going down, and try to take too many photos instead of concentrating on what I want.
I did have to do a bit of processing work on it in Photoshop - mainly just to convert the RAW file into a jpeg, but also to get rid of an annoying electricity cable which I felt ruined the shot somewhat! To be honest it was barely noticeable, but it was annoying me and so had to go!
